The Walton Campus has partnered with Montefiore School Health Programs and has Montefiore Clinic in the building. At no cost to families, this allows T&P students to get the medical attention they need without missing a day of school.

- In order for your child to see one of their providers they must be enrolled. Please complete the enrollment form below and return to the main office at our school.
